WHO WE ARE
Miklagard Supply runs this store. The shop is built on Fourthwall, which handles orders, payments, printing and shipping for us. For anything to do with your data, write to hello@miklagardsupply.com.
WHAT WE USE AND WHY
Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Counts visits, shows which pages people open and where they arrived from. We have Google Signals turned on, so for visitors signed in to a Google account with ad personalisation enabled, Google may add aggregated age, gender and interest data and connect visits made on different devices. We keep this data for 14 months. You can opt out across every website at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Corporation. Records anonymised session replays and heatmaps, meaning mouse movement, clicks and scrolling. It lets us see where the shop confuses people. Text typed into forms is masked by default, and we never see passwords or payment details.
Klaviyo, provided by Klaviyo Inc. Runs our newsletter. If you sign up we store your email address and, where you have agreed to it, which products you looked at, so the emails are about things you actually care about. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Tells us whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to the shop, and lets us show ads to people who have visited before. You control this in your Facebook ad preferences.
Stripe and Fourthwall. Process payments and check for fraud. These are necessary to take an order and cannot be switched off if you want to buy something.
Google reCAPTCHA, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Stops bots from abusing our forms.
YOUR CHOICES
Cookie banner. If you visit from a region that requires consent, including the EU, the EEA and the UK, a banner appears before anything except strictly necessary cookies loads. You can accept all, reject all, or pick categories under Manage preferences. To change your answer later, clear this site's cookies in your browser and reload the page.
Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies for this site at any time.
Newsletter. Unsubscribe from any email we send, or write to us and we will remove you.
IF YOU ARE IN THE EU, THE EEA OR THE UK
Under the GDPR you have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, withdraw consent at any time, and receive a copy in a portable format. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email hello@miklagardsupply.com. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Our legal bases are: performing a contract when you place an order, your consent for the newsletter and for analytics and advertising cookies, and legitimate interest for fraud prevention and basic site security.
